I was wondering about uploading an tool and custom fish music into this forum, I know this is already done by an old forum, InsaniquariumGuide, I think that's the name. But now, that forum was off, I can't join to that forum, this is also the reason why I sharing my own Insaniquarium mod alone without any Insaniquarium forum help (until PopCapGamer9 invite me to join in). So can someone tell me is this a good idea to be share or not and if yes, where should I put them?

Yeah. InsaniquariumGuide.com. That is also where I got some modding tools and tips from. But never joined. I built this Bejeweled 2 Mods Team for any modder, whatever games they mod, although I have more limited support for non-PopCap modders. Well, you can share anything for modders here. For tools, however, you have to use file sharing websites. You can put their links on the appropriate board, if Bejeweled 2, Bejeweled 2 Mods, if Insaniquarium, Insaniquarium mods, if other PopCap games, Other PopCap games, if Minecraft, Minecraft Corner, and if other non-PopCap games, Non-PopCap mods. Be sure to prefix the thread name with (TOOL). For fish songs, use the CODE tags in BBcode, and place all fish song data there. Thread names for fishsongs must be prefixed with (FISHSONG).
Tip for fishsongs: Sharpen all notes in the source MIDI file by one semitone prior to conversion so when played in-game, they will sound right. You may also make a separate version without sharpening notes for use in mods wherein the ding sounds are tuned to C (or DO) (e.g. my own PvZQuarium). The ding sound is usually tuned to the B (or TI) below that C. Try playing them back in a media player that supports OGG to check.
Anyway, it tends we are the only two modders on this forum. As I previously told you,

I will also rescue the Midi2Fish, TonePlayer and Fishinator 2 Extreme from InsaniquariumGuide's closure this December 2016.

May I ask, what's TonePlayer function? And maybe you're right, since everyone else are lack of interest to play popcap games, such as Insaniquarium, this will be hard to find new modder to join this forum, in my country as the example.

TonePlayer is a tool that let's you listen to and test fish songs so that you know if it works.

I see... well then, I will upload my favorite fishsongs when it's ready.
About the tools, are you will upload them here, I mean in the corresponding thread, by your own? Or just let me to upload them? Because those tools which have been you mentioned before is same like what I have.
Anyway, I don't have any program which can sharpen all MIDI notes, could you please help me to find one? Also I hope it's free and no virus in it.

You can use Anvil Studio. To sharpen all notes there, go to Track->Transpose->All Tracks In Song. Try Googling that.

Yes, as many Bejeweled players have moved to Candy Crush, and some Insaniquarium modders have moved to Minecraft and other non-PopCap games.

I hope Anvil Studio is entirely free and no trial so I can use it as long as I want.

Yes, it's absolutely free, with no trial, but some paid optional accessories are available. Well, additionally, if you want more than one fish song on a thread, zip them to a zip file, optionally together with the basis MID and/or MP3 files, and link to them in a thread. You no longer have to put all the fishsongs in the Code tags on the post. And sorry for the late response, I was busy with other things, including a new Bejeweled 3 mod 1.7.1 for Bejeweled 2 and the new Farm Heroes Bejeweled. :-)

It's okay, because the truth is I'm busy too right now, I'm busy to complete my fanfiction story for my Wattpad account, also the new video for my YouTube account. I can't determine how long I'll finish them, but I'll post a fish song to this forum when I'm done. I have to do this so my viewers will keep growing, You must be understand this, right?
Um... about the posting method, thanks for telling me there is simple way for me to post a fish song without any Code tags, because I'm not so that smart about code things.

Of course I do understand you. And the Fish Song syntax is a type of code. But these are not part of the executable itself, so it's safe.
