The Mods Team will have the following regulations on external linking:
*You may not distribute mods on file sharing services that heavily promote premium membership (e.g. warning of slow download speeds on free users while promising fast speeds for premium users, setting countdowns on free users before allowing downloads).
*You may not distribute mods on services that will require you an account with the service, free or paid, to download. If you use a cloud storage service, make sure that the file is made publicly available.
*You may not use link shorteners that place people through an advertisement countdown before getting to the destination.
*You may not place mods behind surveys. These surveys only want user money and highly sensitive personal information.
